Wix orders not coming into Shiptheory
Wix have confirmed they have fixed the issue with orders not coming in to Shiptheory. ~Customers should see orders coming in as per usual. Please contact Shiptheory Support if you have any issues going forward.
Wix have acknoweldged the issue and are working on it currently.
Some customers have found their Wix orders are not coming into Shiptheory. We have reached out to Wix and asked them to investigate why this issue has occured.
